At Bold Basics, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please review our policy below to understand how it works.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as socks and hats are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. You can use the template below for your email.
- Wait for Approval: Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you a return authorization number (RMA) along with instructions on how to proceed.
- Ship Your Item: Pack your item securely and include the RMA number on the package. Ship it to the address provided in the instructions.
- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or send out your exchange.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs for Returns & Exchanges
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item over $50, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons. These include:
- Socks
- Hats
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
